Dundee United v Hamilton Accies shows Scottish Football's reliance on the bookie

The World of Athletic reviewing its sponsorship arrangements-
Athletics must expand its range of sponsors as it seeks revenue to grow the sport nationally and internationally, the president of USA Track & Field (USATF) said in an interview with Reuters. "Our incredible dependence upon one industry, the shoe companies and the apparel companies, is an unsustainable model," said Vin Lananna, speaking at his Eugene, Oregon office on Wednesday.

Meanwhile here in Scotland we have trackside advertising from 8 yes 8 different bookmakers at the recent play off match. We said it before but this over reliance on bookmakers is not a healthy position for our game. Read more here.

FIFA accepts that there have been human rights abuses in Russia

Since Scotland took on a friendly against Qatar 18 months ago the SFSA have alongside many others been highlighting the concerns about playing World Cups in Qatar and Russia.
